羧甲基壳聚糖对水稻氮代谢关键酶活性及籽粒蛋白质含量的影响

摘    要:为探明羧甲基壳聚糖对水稻氮代谢的调控效果,以湘晚灿6号和湘晚籼9号为材料,用0.2%的羧甲基壳聚糖水溶液喷施水稻始穗期叶片,结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖对水稻氮代谢具有一定的调控作用;能够明显提高无穗期叶片内硝酸还原酶,谷氨酰胺转化酶,谷氨酰胺合成酶,蛋白水解酶的活性,其中,对谷氨酰胺转化酶和蛋白水解酶活性的增强作用可持续到乳熟后期,并能增加叶片可溶性蛋白质含量和籽粒内全氮,蛋白氮的含量。

Abstract:In order to test the regulation effect of carboxymethyl chitosan on rice nitrogen metabolism,Xiangwanxian 6 and Xiangwanxian 9 were used as samples.Under the treatment of carboxymethyl chitosan(concentration of 0.2% water solution),the nitrate reductase,glutamine transversase,gl-utamine synthetase and protease activities of top 3 rice leaves at the heading stage were increased obrionsly,and the enhancement on the activities of glutamine transversase and protease continues till the late .The amount of soluble protein in leaf and the amount of total nitrogen and protein nitrogen in rice grain were also increased greatly.The results show that carboxymethyl chitosan can regulate protein metabolism in rice.
