柑与桔的分类学探讨

柑与桔应否分别具有种的地位,取决于野生柑桔资源的研究结果。根据莽山野柑、莽山野桔、道县野桔,通道野桔和有关地方品种的形态,孢粉特征的模糊聚类分析,可将柑和桔区分为性状相似性的相关系数仅0.2303的两类元,莽山野柑与莽山野桔血清学关系的异源沉淀带之和与同源沉淀带之和的比率为40%,酯酶同工酶谱中柑类具有Est-12特征带,野柑和3个野桔的核型分别为2n=2x=18=18m和2n=2x=18=16m=16m+2Sm。以此为据,可以认为柑与桔分别具有种的地位。

TAXONOMIC STUDIES OF MANDARIN AND TANGERINE

Based on the studies of fuzzy cluster analysis, plant serology, is-oenzyme and cytogenetics of wild mandarin and wild tangerines found in Manshan,Dao county, Tondao county etc we have the following four areas for theirclassification, 1. Q fuzzy cluster analysis of morphological data and pollen grainSEM (Scanning Electron-microscope) data show that mandarins and tangerinescan cluster into two groups. The resemblance correlation coefficient between themis only=0.2303. 2. Plant serology studies of wild Manshan mandarin and wildManshan tangerine demonstrate that there is only 40% of relative precipitivevalue amidst wild Manshan mandarin and tangerine, and wild Manshan mandarinhas fewer bands of homologous precipitin.3. Estrase isozyme studies reveal thatmandarins have a characteristic band that is absent in tangerine group. 4. The kary-otype of wild Manshan mandarin and three wild tangerines is 2n=2x=18=18m,2n=2x=18=16m+2Sm respectively. Thus, we surmise that wild Manshan mand-arin evoluated prior to these three wild tangerines. Since the wild form of bothmandarin and tangerine are found and the loose-skinned orange under studycan be clustered into two groups, we suggest that this group be defined as twospecies.
