| 摘 要： | 在阐述了两系不育系育性鉴定工作的重要性与建立一套规范化鉴定方案的必要性的基础上，提出了规范化方案的基本要求，设计中应遵循的基本原则与应采取的方法，并建立了一套适应本省的实用办法．实例鉴定结果表明，此鉴定方法具有快捷、准确、节简的特点

| Abstract: | This article has clarified the importance of identificating the temperature and photoperiod conditions and the necesity of setting up a pair of standardized methods and bases for fertility alteration of photoperiod/thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines in rice (PTGMS).The authors point out that it is cardinal for the standardized method plan to select reasonable basic points according to the latitude,orography,altitude,arrangement of a pair of seed times and the proper microclimatic observations.They put forward a specific method for Hunan province.The result shows that the method is efficient, accurate and economical. |
