临湘市具尾尖突松材线虫病病原的鉴定及病源分析

摘    要:运用形态鉴定和实时荧光定量PCR技术,对湖南省临湘市首次发现的具尾尖突的松材线虫病病原进行了确认,并对其rDNA区的ITS区特异性扩增、测序,病源分析发现其与松材线虫(JN0803)在ITS区内同源性为99.8%.

Abstract:The first discovery of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus with terminal mucro was confirmed in Linxiang city through morphological identification and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology,and its rDNA region ITS area was specifically amplified and sequenced,pathogenic analysis indicated that its homology was 99.8% in ITS area compared with Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(JN0803).
