| 摘 要： | 丹参注液射对引起奶牛隐性型乳房炎的常见致病菌有一定的抗菌效力。其1:64倍稀释的药液对无乳链球菌具有抑菌作用;对乳房链球菌和停乳链球菌的抑菌浓度为l:32倍稀释;而金黄色葡萄球菌对该药液的敏感性不高,其抑菌浓度为l:4倍稀释。

| Abstract: | In vitro studies, antibacterial effect of salviae miltiorrhizae wasexamined in order to find out some drugs for recessive mastitis. The result of pre-sent study demonstrates that the drug has good effect on common pathogenicbacteria responsible for mastitis. The growth and reproduction of streptococcusagalactiae. S. dysgalactiae or S. uberis and Staphylococcus aureus was controlledby the drug diluted with water of l:64 times, 1:32 times and 1:4 times respe-ctively. |
