试论俄英语中的体

英语语法学家在70年代提出“时”、“体”分开的学说,主张“两时”(现在时、过去时)、“两体”(完成体,进行体)、作者认为除完成体、进行体外,还应有“一般体”以表示完成、重复、一般或具体的行为,作者对俄、英语体的表达范畴作了较详细的比较,论述了英语“一般体”的存在及其表达。

ON ASPECTS IN RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH

Since 1970's some modern English grammarians have been advocating the idea that tenses and the aspects should be studied separately. They hold that there are two tenses (present and past)and two aspects(perfect and progressive) . In this paper,the author suggests that beside the two aspects mentioned above there be an Indefinite Aspect to expressaggeregation,habit,general and concret fact of an action. He compares the expressional categories of aspects in Russian and in English to prove the existence of Indefinite Aspect and its expression.
