| 摘 要： | 分析了强力砂带平面磨削时工件表面残余应力产生的原因，通过分析磨削热的影响，找出了一个由磨削用量组成的亲折磨削参数，建立表面残余应力数学模型。经过实验验证，此模型能恰当地描述强力砂带平面磨削时工件表面残余应力分布的规律，并分析了各因素对模型中参数的影响，得出一些重要结论。 |
