| 摘 要： | 运用环境经济学原理与方法对湖南洞庭湖区2006年畜禽养殖环境成本进行估算.结果表明,2006年湖南洞庭湖区畜禽养殖环境成本为2.564(109元,相当于该区域当年畜牧业生产总值的14.08%.如将畜禽养殖环境成本计入生产成本,则每个畜禽养殖单元(1头肉牛)亏损83.57元.可见,畜禽养殖已对环境造成较大损害,影响了养殖生产的经济效益和生态效益.

Environmental cost assessment on livestock and poultry culture in Dongting Lake district in Hunan province |

| Abstract: | Taking Dongting Lake district as example, this paper assessed the environmental cost for livestock and poultry culture in this area by using the principles and methods of environmental economy. The results showed that the environmental cost in Dongting Lake district in 2006 is 2.564 billion Yuan, equal tol4.08 percent of gross stock-raising production. If the environmental cost was accounted in the production cost, every livestock and poultry culture unit (one cattle) would make deficit at least 83.57 Yuan. It meant that stock-raising production had damaged environment obviously and influenced the economical and ecological benefits of aquiculture in this area. |
