| 摘 要： | 从鸡大肠埃希氏菌制备出含内毒素的粗制溶菌物。将此溶菌物给几群肉用仔鸡从１７日龄到２５周龄期间每周１次静脉注射，临床表现和病理变化表明，大肠杆菌溶菌物对鸡的生长和产蛋性能的影响甚小（ｐ＞０．０５）．重要病变见于肝，主要为局灶性淀粉样变和血停滞。其它器官的病变以局部血液循环障碍为特征。

| Abstract: | Crude
bacteriolysate containing endotoxin was prepared from chicken E.coli strains.With the crude
bacteriolysate groups of 17-day-old broilers were intravenously inject-ed weekly until
25-week-dd.Clinic appearance and pathologic changes were observed and recorded.The result
showed that the bacteriolysate of E.coli had a little effect on growing and laying performance of
chickens(p>0.05).Important lesions was found in the liver,mainly focal amyloidosis and
heamostasis.In other organs the lesions characterized by local circulationg obstruction. |
