| Abstract: | The paper is exactly with land appraises for the object of study, by looking up and analysing correlatived academic thesises that were published by China-foreign scholar during the past 10 years, having studied the methods of land estimates and comprehensive application of GIS, having discussed the valuation of farm land, land resources, the appraises of expediency and durative and other development of status. |
