| Abstract: | This paper presents a comprehensive discussion on the application of genetic engineering technology in the improvement of cotton cultivars.Special emphasis is laid upon both the study and the development of transgenic Bt gene insect resistant cotton.In the end,problems remaining in this study are discussed and the prospect of the application of this technology is forecasted in this paper. |
