干旱胁迫下供钾水平对烟草生长和钾素吸收及抗旱性的影响

摘    要:为了探索烟草施用钾肥的抗旱效果和提高烟叶品质,通过盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫下不同供钾水平对烟草生长和钾素吸收的影响。结果表明,不同供钾水平下生长的烟草随着供钾水平的提高,生长量和抗旱性均得到增强,在干旱胁迫下,可有效地抑制土壤水分的损失速率,使烟叶的水分损失得到控制,同时减缓了干旱时烟叶叶绿素含量的降解速率和烟叶细胞膜的损伤度,还使烟叶的膜脂过氧化作用减轻,丙二醛生成量降低,烟草的抗旱能力也明显得到提高,随钾水平提高烟叶含钾量和钾素吸收量增加。

Abstract:This paper is an attempt to probe into effects of different application of potassium fertilizer on tobacco plant growth and potassium absorption.The results show that tobacco plant growth and drought resistance are increased by different application of potassium fertilizer. Loss rate of soil water and leaf water is controlled under drought. Meanwhile, decomposing rate of chlorophyll and hurt degree of cell membrane in tobacco leaf is reduced. Per oxidation of membrane and content of malonaldehyde is degraded. Drought resistance of tobacco is obviously improved. It also displayed that the amount of potassium and potassium absorption of tobacco plant is increased with the enhancing level of potassium fertilizer.
