| Abstract: | Whether for the state, social, personal, the people''s cultural livelihood issues are of great significance. Emphasising on the people''s cultural livelihood is the inherent requirement of upholding and developing Marxism. Protecting the people''s cultural livelihood is the objective need of development of the times and social progress. Improving the people''s cultural livelihood of the people is an inevitable prerequisite of building the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. |
