| 摘 要： | １９９５年和１９９８年于油菜的初花期和轮期对油菜花瓣和花药进行细菌分离，得到１０６株细菌用培养养皿法，室内植株法等方法，筛选出６株对油菜菌核病的抑制作用的拮抗细菌鉴定为芽孢杆菌Ｂａｃｔｉｌｌｕｓｓｐ．。

| Abstract: | A total of 108 bacterial isolates were obtained from petals and stamens of rape which were collected at emerging bloom and full bloom stages in 1995 and 1998. Their antagonistic effects to S.sclerotiorum were tested by using the methods of culture and plant. Among them 6 isolates were effective, identified as Bacillus spp. |
