摘    要:为了提高农杆菌转化水稻的频率,对粳稻品种台北309的幼穗和成熟胚的愈伤组织诱导频率和粒子轰击时其愈伤组织转化频率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,水稻幼穗是诱导愈伤组织的最佳外植体,通过粒子轰击可以有效地提高农杆菌转化水稻愈伤组织的频率,其中以每个样品轰击两次的效果最好,其转化率比对照提高54.5%。

Abstract:In order to promote the frequency of rice transformation mediated by Agrobacterium , studies on ear and induction frequency of mature embryo's calli of japonica variety Taibei 309,and the effects on transformation frequency of calli by particle bombardment were made.The results show that the young inflorescence is the best explant for callus induction. By using particle bombardment,the frequency of rice callus transformation mediated by Agrobacterium is promoted obviously.Twice bombardments for each sample has the best effects and its transformation frequency is 54.5% more than that of the control.
