| 摘 要： | 科学地进行防腐层判废是合理利用资金，搞好防腐层大修的重要前期工作。结合鲁宁输油管道防腐层判废主实践经验，指出应将防腐层绝缘电阻率测试值、阴极保护系统运行参数以及防腐层检补漏数据进行综合分析，以确定防腐层大修的位置，提高防腐层判废的准确率。

| Abstract: | The important precondition on the coating's overhaul is to conduct a scientific discrimination to the abandoment of coating. On the basis of discriminatory method of coating's abandoment used in Linyi-Yizheng oil pipeline, it is points out that the comprehensive analysis on the insulation resistance data of coating, operating parameters of CP system, and leak detection and/or repair of coating should be made in order to determine the overhaul location of coating and improve the discriminatory accuracy of coating's abandoment. |
