西气东输管道的短期调峰方案

摘    要:利用输气管道模拟软件(TGNET)研究了2008年西气东输管道的短期调峰问题.用TGNET建立了西气东输管道短期调峰模型,并对高峰周储气库采气方案进行了大量模拟.在分析模拟结果的基础上,分别制定了几个技术上可行的储气库采气方案,然后按照能耗费用最低的原则,对高峰周的储气库采气方案进行了评价和优选,从而得到了最优短期调峰方案.

Abstract:Based on the West-to-East Gas Pipeline's operation in 2008,the research on short-term peak shaving is carried out. TGNET models of the West-to-East Gas Pipeline for short-term peak shaving are established. After a series of withdrawal schedules in a high load week are simulated for underground gas storage, several feasible withdrawal schedules of underground gas storage are worked out. Analysis on the simulation results of every withdrawal schedule is made. As to withdrawal schedules of underground gas storage in a high load week,energy cost of each schedule can be calculated according to the simulation results and" the optimal peak shaving plan with the lowest cost is obtained.
