输油管道安全评估模式及其在我国的应用

国内外对于安全评估有不同的评价模式和相应的准则，包括适用性评价、风险评价、完整性（或称整体性）评价以及可靠性评价等模式，这些评估方法各有侧重，既相互联系、交叉和重叠，又有各自的评估内容、指标、程序、方法和准则。在对各种评估模式和准则进行讨论、分析和比较的基础上，提出了我国输油管道开展安全评估工作的建议。

Assessment Pattern Analysis of Petroleum Pipeline Safety

The safety situation of petroleum pipeline which has been used for many years and to be laid in the future,for pipeline management department,is extremely urgent to be evaluated. There are many different e-valuation patterns and codes which may be used now,for example,the assessment model of fitness for purpose, the analysis model of risk management, the integrity assessment technique and the method of reliability evaluation. Those approaches which contain items,indexes,programs,methods and rules,are not only connected mutually,but also distinguished mutually. But the lack of unification among the patterns is obviously existed,this could affect validity,correctness and coherence of conclusion for assessing petroleum pipeline safety,and is not useful for standardization of evaluation procedure yet. So suggestions based on the discussion,comparison and analysis to the assessment models are given in the paper.
