摘    要:气动旋转式吹灰器由气动吹灰器和吹灰控制器组成,其主要技术特征是吹灰器发出脉冲气流吹灰,同时吹灰管作用隙式转动,其吹扫时间和间隙任意设定,并由吹灰控制器控制吹灰器脉冲的发射,计时,计数,实现顺序启停控制,该气动式吹灰器除耗能少,吹灰效果好,控制灵活,使用可靠外,还具有体积小,重量轻,安装检修方便等优点,经在黄岛油库热媒炉及山东输油二处加热炉上投入使用,可提高炉效1%-3%。实践证明,该气动旋转式吹灰

Abstract:The fuctional and new-type pneumatic rotating soot blower is made of a pneumatic soot blower and a blowing controller. Its technical characteristics is that the blower produces pulse airstream for soot blowing. Meanwhile, the blowing tube makes an intermittent rotation. The blasting duration and intermittent time can be defined wilfully. The soot blowing controller can control the pulses in their imission , timing, counting, and sequential start-up/shut down. This kind of pneumatic rotating soot blower has such advantages as: low in energy consumption, effective in soot blowing, flexible for control, reliable and light in weight, small in size and convenient for maintenence. Tt used to be applied both in heat medium heaters of Huangdao Tank Farm and the boilers allocated in the Second Transportation Campany, Shandong Province, which proved to have efficiency increased by 3% , therefore very popular to the users. Practice shows that all the technical indexes of the pneumatic soot blowers have reached the world up-to-date level among the same soot of products, in addition, have filled in the gaps in Chinese-make pneumatic soot blowers and obviously show that this pneumatic blowers are much better than motorized ones. They can also be widly utilized in soot blowing of boilers in oil fields and pipelines, as well as different kinds of industrial boilers.
