摘    要:介绍了HG减阻剂的使用特点和减阻机理,对HG减阻剂添加量与减阻率、增输率的关系及其理论计算公式的选用、HG减阻剂的分散性和安全性进行了分析.现场应用结果表明,添加HG减阻剂不仅具有较好的减阻效果和增输能力,而且还能增加管道运行的安全性,提高管道输送的经济效益.从技术性、安全性及经济性等方面进行了分析论证,结果表明,临濮管道增输率达到15%的目标是完全可行的.

Abstract:This paper introduces the application characteristics and drag reduction machamism of HG DRA. A corresponding analysis is made on the relation of HG DRA's injection volume to drag reduction rate and transportation rate,the selection of theoretical equations as well as the dispersion degree and safety of HG DRA. The site application results show that applying HG DRA not only obtain satisfactory drag reduction effectiveness and increase transportation capacity of pipeline, but also ensure the operation safety. The demonstration and analysis on technology,safety and economy are made on the application of HG DRA in LinPu Oil Pipeline. The demonstrative results show a bright prospect in realizing a 15% transportation rate for this pipeline.
