摘    要:依据电化学反应机理,分析了阴极保护管道交流腐蚀的产生条件,以及与交流腐蚀评估相关的电化学参数、化学物理参数对交流腐蚀密度或交流腐蚀速率的影响。准确而详实的交流腐蚀参数检测数据是交流干扰评估的基础,也是减缓交流腐蚀的依据。由于管道发生交流干扰的稳定持续时间不同,交流干扰电压随着季节、天气、负载、阴极保护电流密度等的变化而变化,对于阴极保护管道的交流腐蚀检测、评估、减缓,需要更具针对性的新的检测设施与设备。因此,分析阴极保护管道产生交流腐蚀的电化学参数及其与阴极保护电流参数的关系,可以为管道的安全运营提供参考。(图2,参8)

Abstract:Based on the electrochemical reaction mechanism, the generation conditions of AC corrosion in cathodically protected pipeline are analyzed in this article, as well as the effects of electrochemical parameters, physical and chemical parameters related to AC corrosion assessment on the AC corrosion density or AC corrosion rate. Accurate detection data of AC corrosion is the foundation of AC interference assessment and basis of AC corrosion mitigation. Since the stable duration of AC interference is different, and the AC disturbance voltage varies with the seasons, weather, load, cathodic protection current density, more pertinent and new testing devices and equipment are needed for the AC corrosion detection, assessment, mitigation of cathodically protected pipeline.
