摘    要:胶凝原油管道中的压力传递速度是建立启动凝油管道计算模型的重要参数,至今有关文献中对此观点不一,也没有公认的估算胶凝原油中压力传递速度的模式,在室内环道上进行了启动胶凝原油管道中的压力传递过程的试验研究,在试验分析的基础上,指出压缩胶凝原油中的“孔隙”是影响压力传递速度的关键因素,胶凝原油的阻尼作用和凝油屈服过程的径向滞后是影响压力传速速度的两个重要因素,建立了估算胶凝器原油管道中压力传递速度的模式

Abstract:The pressure propagation velocity in a waxy crude pipeline is a important parameter in establishing a computing model for restarting operation,which opinions in some documents are divided on and no popular model for estimating pressure propagation velocity in a waxy crude pipeline. Laboratory tests on an indoor circular pipeline have been conducted to simulate the actual pressure propagation process of restarting a waxy crude pipeline after shut-down. The results confirmed that the pore structure of the gelled oil is a critical factor affecting the pressure propagation velocity and the damping effect form the gelled crude and the bagging effect due to the gelled crude yielding in radial direction are two important factors on the basis of tests and analyses. A new model for estimating pressure propagation velocity in a waxy crude pipeline has been established with its calculating results correspond with the experimental data.
