| 摘 要： | 针对肯基亚克-扎纳若尔集输管道在冬季施工中可能遇到的各类问题,制定了在寒冷地区组织长输管道施工的应急预案,指出冬季管道在焊接施工时应注意提高焊前预热温度、保证焊道层间和焊后温度,在管道防腐施工中应缩短包覆收缩带前的准备时间,保证底胶烘烤至充分熔化,以提高粘接效果,对收缩带进行仔细碾压消除气泡.提出了冬季管道施工涉及的管材运输和吊装、设备、HSE和OSH等管理措施.
