| 摘 要： | 介绍了中洛输油管道濮阳站3座10^4m^3浮顶油罐的大修情况，并针对其大修中存在的罐底板腐蚀、罐壁结蜡、中央排水管堵塞和消防管道腐蚀脱落等现象．提出了加强边缘板保护，改进刮蜡机构，增设阴极保护和自动排水装置，固定消防管道及增设除渣阀等具体的改进措施。

| Abstract: | floating roof tanks,each with the capacity of 100 000 m 3 in Puyang pump station of ZhongLuo Pipeline, were put into operation in 1985. Some failures including cracking of tank foundation,corrosion of bottom plates occurred in recent years. In allusion to these failures, tanks' overhaul program is worked out.This paper describes the failure analysis and overhaul experience. |
