金属油罐罐壁传热系数的数值解法

摘    要:用常规的方法计算金属油罐罐壁传热系数需查找大量的图表并进行多次繁琐的试算,不仅浪费时间而且计算精度不高,利用最小二乘法将有关表格拟合成曲线方程,用数值分析法建立计算立式金属油罐罐壁传热系数的数学模型,并用对分法取代试算法计算罐壁传热系数,可以提高计算精度和速度。

Abstract:When calculating transfer coefficient on metallic oil tank wall by conventional method,it needs looking up a lot of charts and tables and course of try-and-error method,which fools a lot of time and results in deflection. Therefore, the large amount of charts and tables are fitted into curve equations by least square method so as to speed up calculation speed. The mathematical model of calculation of the transfer coefficient on the metallic oil tank wall is established and calculated by midpoint method,which improves the accuracy and speed.
