东黄老线剩余强度评价

管道剩余强度评价是管道腐蚀与防护管理中的一项重要工作，以东黄老线为例，分别介绍了美国和我国对管道剩余强度的两种评价方法，以及该评价方法在东黄老线停输封存后再启输中的应用。通过该评价方法对管道运行压力的分析计算，确定了东黄老线的剩余强度，为合理制定东黄老线安全工艺运行条件提供了科学依据。该应用为今后在役管道剩余强度的评价提供了宝贵经验。

Assessment on Residual Strength of Dongying-Huangdao Old Oil Pipeline

The assessment of residual strength of pipeline is one of the important work of corrosion control for pipeline. Taken Dongying-Huangdao old oil pipeline as an example,two assessment methods on pipeline residual strength used in U. S. A. and China and their application in the shutdown (in July of 1986) and restart (in September of 1998)of the old pipeline are introduced with these methods. The analysis and calculation on operational pressure of the pipeline were carried out,then the residual strength of the old line was determined. It is considered that the assessment results can be used as a scientific foundation to reasonably work out a safe operation scenario for the pipelines like Dongying-Huangdao old oil pipeline.
