输气管道采用内壁覆盖层时的工艺设计问题

摘    要:输气管道采用内壁覆盖层后,不但可以减少内腐蚀,还可使管道的粗糙度下降。讨论了输气管道工艺计算中内壁粗糙度的取值问题。从设计计算角度分析了输气管道采用内壁覆盖层后对水力摩阻、站间起点压力及压缩机需用功率的影响,并以出川输气管道为例,指出在管道采用内壁覆盖层后,输气能力增加5%以上,首站出站压力可降低4.6%,提高了输气管道的经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper,a discussion on how to determine available roughness value of internal wall has been carried out for the design of gas transmission pipeline. An analysis on the influence of gas transmission pipeline with internal coating to the friction loss,original pressure between stations and the demand horsepower of compressor has been made from the point of view of design and calculation. Taken Zhongxian-Wuhan natural gas pipeline as an example,the paper points out that after the internal coating is applied,the transport capacity of the pipeline can be increased more than 5 % ,the outlet pressure of initial station can be decreased to 4. 6 %.
