云南地方稻种资源核心种质取样方案研究

摘    要: 以国家品种资源库编目入库的云南地方稻种资源 61 2 1份为材料 ,以 31个分类、形态及产量性状为基本数据研究了云南地方稻种资源的核心种质取样方案。取样方案包括分组原则、组内取样比例的确定和组内取样方法 ,分组原则为按丁颖分类体系、程王分类体系、云南稻作生态区、行政地区和单一性状分组及不分组的大随机 ;组内取样比例的确定有平方根法、对数法、遗传多样性法和简单比例法 ;组内取样采用随机法和聚类法。结果表明 ,遗传多样性指数、表型方差、表型频率方差、变异系数和表型保留比例等 5个参数可作为检验各取样方案所得的核心种质的指标 ,通过检验可知 ,以丁颖和程王两种分类体系为分组原则、以平方根或对数法确定组内取样比例采用聚类法在组内进行取样是比较好的取样方案

Abstract:The sampling scheme of core germplasm of local rice varieties of 6121 accessions catalogued in the national genebank,and 31 characters including taxonomic character,morphological character and yield character was studied,Sampling schemes were extablished at three levels,i.e.grouping principle,sampling proportion within each group and sampling method within each group.Grouping principles used were Dingying's taxonomic system,Cheng Wang taxonomic system,Yunnan rice ecological zone,Yunnan administrative district,single character and completely random without grouping.Decision on sampling proportion within each group was based on square root,logarithm,index of genetic diversity and simple proportion.Cluster and random were carried out for sampling in each group.The result showed that five parameters,index of genetic diversity, variance of phenotype value, variance of phenotypic frequency,coefficient of variation and ratio of phenotype retained in core sample,were used to test the validity of sampling scheme.The better sampling strategies were grouping principles based on two taxonomic systems,decisions on sampling proportion within each group based on square root and logarithm,sampling method within each group based on cluster.
