云南粳稻品种毫变-1和扎缅尼-1抗稻瘟病基因分析

摘    要:利用11个具有已知抗病基因的鉴别品种和2个日本代表菌系。对云南粳稻品种毫变-1和扎缅尼-1进行了抗稻瘟病基因分析。研究结果表明,这2个品种各具有1对新的抗病基因,等位性测定结果确认这2对新基因具有等位关系,而与Pi-I、Pi-k、Pi-z、Pi-ta、Pi-b和Pi-t等6个已知基因位点为非等位关系。

Abstract:Two local Japonica rice varieties Haobian-1 and Zhamianni-1 from Yunnan province were analyzed for their resistance genes by using eleven kiyosawa's differental varieties with known genes and two Japonese representative strains in this study.Results indicated that each of the two varieties has one unkown resistance gene,and the two genes are allelic to each other but non-allelic to six known gene loci,namely,Pi-i,Pi-k,Pi-z,Pi-ta,Pi-b and Pi-t.
