甜菊优良品种选育研究

 本文概述了甜菊育种的研究现状、育种特点。通过对主要经济性状的变异、相关及通径分析，从理论上阐述了甜菊的育种目标，应当是丰产、高糖、抗病、抗逆性强及适应性广。宜选择植株高大、茎叶繁茂、叶片肥大的株型。在此基础上对全国甜菊品种资源进行了筛选鉴定，选出了“云日”、“云宾”二个优良品种，再进一步提纯选择培育出“中品1号”新品种。该品种经全国优良品种评比试验，含糖及优质糖R-A的含量均居首位，是全国含糖量最高的优育品种，产量居第二位。

A STUDY ON GOOD VARIETY SELECTION IN STEVIA REBAUDIANA

The paper briefly introduces the breeding status and fertile feature of Stevia rebaudiana.Theoretically the breeding aim to expound should be breeding the variety of good yield,high stevioside content,high resistence and wide adaption by the analysis of main economic character variation,correlation and path coefficient.To achieve the aim,it is necessary to choose the types of high plant,luxuriant foliage and large leaves.Based on the above consideration,we carried out selection and identification to the national germplasm resources of stevia rebaudiana,from which two varieties with the above breeding aim called Yunri and Yunbin have been selected.On the basis of these two varieties,we have bred a new variety named Zhongpin 1 by further purification and selection.Both the stevioside content and high quality sugar R-A content of the variety are in the first place,and the second place in yield through appraisal experiment of national good varieties.The variety is also the highest in stevioside content and fine quality.
