氮硫互作对玉米籽粒营养品质的影响

摘    要: 以对硫肥反应差异较大的两个玉米杂交种鲁玉 16和农大 10 8为试验材料 ,通过不同氮、硫供应水平的池栽试验 ,对玉米籽粒营养品质进行了分析。结果表明 ,施用氮肥和硫肥均可以提高籽粒蛋白质、油分、粗脂肪、可溶性糖、氨基酸以及N、P、K、S和微量元素的含量 ,但是二者的作用和效果不尽相同。另外 ,氮肥提高了玉米籽粒淀粉的含量 ,硫肥则降低淀粉的含量 ,而两种肥料的施用均可提高支链淀粉在总淀粉中的比例。在氮肥供应水平高的条件下 ,硫肥的施用可以明显改善籽粒的营养品质 ,两个杂交种对处理的反应基本一致。

Abstract:Two hybrids of maize (Zea mays L.) with different responses to sulfur fertilizers were used in this study. Under different nutritional conditions in pool experiment, the effect of nitrogen and sulfur interaction on grain quality of maize was evaluated. The results indicated that the indexes of grain quality, including the content of protein, amino acid, soluble sugar, crud fat, oil as well as N, P, K, S and microelements in grain were improved when using nitrogen and sulfur fertilizer, but the influences of nitrogen and sulfur were not the same. It was also found that the content of starch was increased by nitrogen and decreased by sulfur, but both of them improved the percent of amylopectin in starch. Sulfur fertilizer improved grain quality of maize very signi ficantly when nitrogen was increased. The responses of two hybrids to these treatments were parallel.
