亚麻品种抗枯萎病性鉴定

摘    要: 采用自然重病田、客土病圃和人工接菌病圃同步进行抗病性鉴定的方法,对近200个亚麻(Linum usitatissimum)品种(系)和常用品种资源的抗枯萎病(Fusariumwilt)性进行了鉴定。从全国亚麻区试的31个品种(系)中筛选出8个高抗、丰产良种(系);从国内育种单位选育的97个新品系和53个常用品种资源中筛选出61个高抗品种(系)。其中有的已在河北、山西等省大面积推广,如7544(陇亚7号)、7669(天亚5号)、753(定亚17号)等1991年推广面积已达112.96万亩,相当总种植面积的41.86%。研究表明 ,笔者提出的在感病对照品种的成株萎蔫率达50%以上条件下,以参试品种的成株萎蔫降低率为指标,评价亚麻品种抗枯萎病级别的方法是可靠的,适用的。

Abstract:The Fasarium wilt disease resistance of nearly 200 Flax (Linum usitatissimum) varieties, new lines and commonly used stocks in breeding programs were evaluated by means of tests in heavily infected field, in plots of heavily infected soil from fields and in artificial inoculated plots simultaneously. There were 8 highly disease resistant varie tics or lines screened out from 31 National Flax Variety Regional Tests and 61 highly resistant stocks screened out from 97 new lines in breeding programs of our country as well as 53 commonly used stocks. Some of them such as 7544(Longya 7), 7669(Tianya 5), 753(Dingya 17) have been extensively released in Hehei and Shanxi Provinces and reached 1129.6 thousand mu. corresponding to 41.86% of total acreage planted in 1991. Studies revealed that the method and standard which the authors proposed to evaluate Fusarium wilt resistance of Flax, namely by percentage decrease of wilted adult in comparison with that of the susceptible check at the condition of its percentage of wilted adult over 50%, is reliable and practically useful.
