土壤中砷的吸附和砷对水稻的毒害效应与pH值的关系

摘    要: 盆栽试验、吸附实验和调查研究表明,砷在土壤-植物系统中的变化与土壤pH值关系密切。土壤pH值升高时,土壤中砷的吸附减少、溶解度增大,因此,水稻植株对砷的吸收量增加,砷对植物的毒性增强。逻辑斯蒂曲线的模拟结果显示,在碱性条件下,pH值的变化对土壤中砷的吸附和毒害效应的影响较大;而在酸性时,pH值的变化对砷的吸附作用和毒害效应的影响相对较小。

Abstract:From results of pot and laboratorial experiments, and field investigation, it showed that behaviour of As in soil-plant system was related to soil pH. Since less As was adsorbed by soil and more As was dissolved in soil solution as soil pH increased, more As was absorbed into plant and then the toxicity of As to rice (Oryza sativa L.) became more serious. Less effects of PH increase on toxicity, uptake, adsorption and dissolution of As were noted in acid pH range than in alkaline pH range.
