玉米氮效率性状的配合力分析

摘    要: 在筛选氮高效自交系工作的基础上 ,利用NC Ⅱ设计 ,在两个氮水平下 (2 0 0kg·ha-1和不施氮 ) ,对 18个自交系配合力作出评价。结果表明 ,高氮条件下 ,氮效率受非加性效应控制 ,对氮高效育种有价值的自交系有2 199+ 、河农 7、河农 11;而在低氮条件下 ,氮效率受加性效应控制 ,792 2、2 199+ 、河农 7、河农 9、115 4在耐低氮育种中利用价值较高。在两个氮水平下 ,组合F1代产量与配合力总效应呈极显著正相关。氮吸收效率的遗传力大于氮利用效率。

Abstract:Based on the selected maize inbred lines with different nitrogen use efficiency (NUE), the combination ability was analyzed with 18 inbred lines and 4 test lines under high (200 kg ha -1 ) and low N (no N) by NC II design. The results showed that, at high N, NUE was controlled by non additative effect, and 2199 +, Henong7, Henong11 were promising lines for breeding for NUE. At low N, NUE was controlled by additative effect, and 7922, 2199 +, Henong 7, Henong 9 and 1154 were promising for breeding for tolerance to low N. There was a significant positive correlation between F 1 yield and its total combination ability effect at both N Levels. The genetic ability of N uptake efficiency was higher than that of N utilization efficiency.
