大麦雄性不育系亲270A的选育及利用价值

摘    要:大麦杂种优势利用的关键问题之一是培育出良好的大麦雄性不育系。我所自1983年发现大麦雄性不育系材料以来,经过10多年研究,选育出亲270A大麦雄性不育系,其F_1已于1997年秋播被推荐参加江苏省大麦区域试验。1大麦雄性不育材料的发现经过1983年在黑龙江省进行大麦夏繁加代工作时,发现了一个编号为568的高世代株行,全行穗子只结6粒种子,每穗至多结1粒,其外部形态表现矮秆,穗子蓬松不结实、花药瘦小不开裂,其亲本组合为74-1×原734。该6粒种子在江苏盐城秋播表现可育。将568在不同生态条件下进…

Abstract:The author reported the brief selecting process of a barley male sterile line Qin270A and its morphological characteristics and main characters. The genetic regularity of the male sterility was also studied. Results showed that the male sterility of Qin270A was controlled by one recessive gene. The male sterile character,as well as the restoring a bility of the restorer line was transferred easily. Relatively good agronomic characters of Qin270A were characterized by short stems and large spikes. Both restorer line and main tainer line could be spikelet-opening and flowering. With man-aided pollination,the out crossing rate was over 60%. It was suitable for commercial seed production. Furthermore, the sterile phenomenon of Qin270A was analyzed by the classical theory of "Male Sterility Hypothesis". The application of Qin270A and the task for the period ahead were dis cussed.
