摘    要: 浙辐802是20世纪90年代在中国南方稻区大面积种植的籼稻品种,它对北方稻区的菌株表现很宽的抗谱。利用2个致病性稳定的稻瘟病菌系对浙辐802(ZF802)与普感品种丽江新团黑谷(LTH)杂交的F1、F2、BC1F1群体进行抗病性遗传分析,从ZF802中鉴定出2个抗病基因Pi-ZF1(t)和Pi-ZF2(t),它们都抵抗供试菌系研54-04,其中Pi-ZF1(t)基因也能抵抗供试菌系95-t2,而Pi-ZF2(t)基因对该菌系无效。根据F3和F4株系对供试菌系在抗性表型上的差异,对ZF802携带的抗病基因进行

Abstract:Zhefu802 (ZF802) was cultivated in a large scale in southern China. It shows wide resistance spectrum to theisolates from northern China. The populations of F1, F2, BC1F1 from the cross of resistant variety ZF802 and universallysusceptible variety Lijiangxintuanheigu (LTH) were analyzed for their resistance segregation by using strains, 95-t2 andKen54-04, with the stable virulence. The results showed that the resistance of ZF802 was controlled by 2 dominant genes,Pi-ZF1(t)and Pi-ZF2(t). The Pi-ZF1(t)and Pi-ZF2(t)showed resistant reaction to the strain Ken54-04,while Pi-ZF1(t)also controlled the resistance to strain 95-t2, but Pi-ZF2(t)had no resistant effect to this strain.The isolation of the blast resistance genes in ZF802 was carried out according to the differences of resistance among F3 andF4 lines. Six F4 lines and 9 other F4 lines which have the Pi-ZF1(t) or Pi-ZF2(t) respectively were obtained fromtested F4 lines. These lines containing Pi-ZF1(t) or Pi-ZF2(t)are being backcrossed with LTH for creating newnear-isogenic lines.
