摘    要: 对水稻镇恢249叶绿素b减少突变体的遗传分析表明,该突变性状是由一对隐性核基因控制的质量性状。 与镇恢249相比,突变体的叶绿素含量降低,光合速率低,但其叶绿素a与叶绿素b的比值和饱和光强高,光合速率高 值持续期与叶片寿命的比值大。突变体虽然生长量和单穗重较低,但分蘖力增强,成穗率增高,熟期适中,因而仍然具 有每公顷6750kg的较高产量。以上特性决定了该突变体在杂种优势利用中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:Genetics analysis of chlorophyll-b less mutant in rice cv. Zhenhui 249 was made in 1996-1997. The result showed that the chlorophyll-b less mutant trait was the quality trait controlled by a pair of dormant nucleus genes. As compared with wild-type rice cv. Zhenhui 249, mutant had lower chlorophyll content and net photosynthesis rate, but higher the ratio of Ghl a to Ghl b, saturation light intensity and the ratio of active photosynthesis duration to leaf life span in flag leaf. In addition, its plant growth amount and weight panicle were lower than those of wild-type rice cv. Zhenhui 249, but it had higher tillering capacity and panicle percentage as well as moderate ripe period, resulting in its higher yield(6750kg/ha). Chlorophyll-b less mutant in rice cv. Zhenhui 249 will have a high value for heterosis application in rice.
