烟粉虱不同地理种群的mtDNA COI基因序列分析及其系统发育

摘    要: 烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)是一种世界性的重要害虫并具有多种生物型。本文利用mtDNA COI基因片段对国内外12个地理种群烟粉虱的生物型进行了鉴定并对其来源进行了分析。序列比较和系统发育分析结果表明,采自北京海淀、河南郑州、山东枣庄、江苏南京、上海闵行、海南海口等地的烟粉虱与来自美国California州、Texas州、Arizona州以及以色列的B型烟粉虱的同源性达到99.8%~100%,由此可见目前在中国广大地区暴发成灾的烟粉虱生物型为B型;而采自云南省昆明地区一品红寄主植物上的烟粉虱与来自摩洛哥和西班牙的Q型烟粉虱具有极高的同源性,该烟粉虱生物型为Q型,这也是首次报道Q型烟粉虱入侵中国。

Abstract:Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius) is a worldwide serious insect pest possessing a number of biotypes. The mtDNA COI gene of the 12 B. tabaci populations from different regions and countries were cloned and analyzed.Based on mtDNA COI sequences, their biotypes were characterized and phylogenetic relationships among these populations were established by using UPGMA method. The results showed that the genetic similarities among those populations from Beijing, Zhengzhou, Zaozhuang, Nanjing, Shanghai, Haikou,China and the B-biotype populations from California、Texas、Arizona,USA, reached 99.8%-100%, which indicated that most of the B.tabaci populations causing whitefly calamities in China recently attributed to B-biotypes. While only one of the populations collected from Kunming City, Yunnan Province showed very high similarity to Q-biotype B.tabaci from Spain and Morocco.This is the first report on the invasion of Q-biotype B.tabaci into China.
