 我国人口多，耕地少，人均资源相对不足，要保证农产品有效供给，提高农产品市场竞争能力，增加农民收入，实现农业的可持续发展，关键是要进一步深化农村改革，积极推进农业产业化经营，抓住农业科技进步和结构优化这两个根本，加快实现农业增长方式的转变。

China is a country with large population, limited cultivated land and insufficient availability of natural resources per capita. In order to guarantee the effective supply of agricultural products, to improve the competitive capacity of agricultural produce in market, to increase farmers' income and to realize the sustainable development of agriculture, it is crucial for the government to further deepen rural reform, actively promote agricultural industrialization and accelerate the transformation of agricultural growth mode through scientific and technological advancement of agriculture as well as the optimization of structure.
