苹果无病毒母本树的培育技术研究

摘    要: 1990~1994年,采用3种方法对26个苹果品种和3个矮化砧木进行了脱毒试验,获得24个苹果品种、2个矮化砧木共51株无病毒原种母本树。脱毒株率分别为:单纯热处理26.5%、单纯茎尖培养35.0%、热处理与茎尖培养并用脱毒66.7%。在未脱除的病毒中,苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(ACLSV)占20.9%、苹果茎痘病毒(ASPV)占29.3%、苹果茎沟病毒(ASGV)占49.8%。

Abstract:During 1990-1994,26 apple cultivars and 3 dwarf rootstocks were carried out virus elimination tests with three methods, 51 virus-free maternal seed mother trees of 24 apple cultivars and 2 dwarf rootstocks were obtained . The percentage of virus-free plants was 26. 5% by thermal treatment alone, 35. 0% by meristem culture alone, 66. 7% by thermal treatment in combination with meristem culture respectively. Among all plants that viruses were not eliminated, the percentages of plants infected by apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV), apple stem pitting virus (ASPV) and apple stem grooving virus (ASGV) were 20. 9%, 29. 3% and 49. 8% respectively.
