苄嘧磺隆对蛋白核小球藻的生长效应研究

摘    要:通过不同浓度的苄嘧磺隆对蛋白核小球藻的96h急性毒性试验,研究苄嘧磺隆对蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)的生长效应。结果表明,低浓度苄嘧磺隆(<1mg/L)具有刺激藻细胞生长的作用,其叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量均有明显的增加;高浓度的苄嘧磺隆(>5mg/L)抑制藻的生长,藻细胞叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量随药剂浓度增加而明显下降,且表现出较好的计量-效应关系,其对蛋白核小球藻的96h-EC50值为15.7mg/L。

Abstract:The growth effects of bensulfuron methyl of different concentrations on Chlorella pyrenoidosa were studied through 96h acute toxicity tests in this paper. The results showed that bensulfuron methyl accelerated the growth of algae at lower concentration (<1mg/L) with content increase of chlorophyll or protein, and inhibited the growth of algae at higher concentration (>5mg/L). The content of chlorophyll or protein in algae cells reduced with the increasing concentration of bensulfuron methyl, exhabiting the good concentration-effect relationship. The 96h-EC50 of bensulfuron methyl upon the algae was 15.7mg/L.
