摘    要: 在发现与抗稻瘿蚊的基因Gm6紧密连锁的分子标记的基础上 ,应用分子标记辅助选育 (markeraidedse lection ,MAS)方法 ,成功地选育出抗稻瘿蚊的品系。首先用RAPDOPM0 6标记鉴别和确认大秋其及其衍生品系抗蚊青占、抗蚊 2号、抗蚊 3号、抗蚊 5号、多抗早占等 10个品系含有Gm6基因 ;分别用RG4 76 /AluI和RG4 76 /ScaI标记确定了育种亲本的多态性。 1999年用OPM0 6标记 ,从丰银占 /大秋其F3 家系中 ,鉴定出 15个抗稻瘿蚊的株系 ;2 0 0

Application of the New Gene Gm6 Against Rice Gall Midge in Resistant Breeding Through PCR Based-marker Aided Selection
Abstract:The research results of selecting and breeding resistant varieties and lines using marker aided selection (MAS) on the basis of the molecular markers linked to gene Gm6 against rice gall midge (Orseolia oryzae Wood-Mason) were reported. The RAPD marker OPM06 was used to verify the existence of gene Gm6 in ten developed varieties resistant to gall midge, such as Duokang 1, Duokang 2, Kangwen 2, Kangwen 3, Kangwen 5, Duokangzaozhan, Kangwenqingzhan (KWQZ) which derived from Daqiuqi. The polymorphisms between the resistant and susceptible parents were identified by RG476/Alu I and RG476/Sca I respectively. The RAPD marker OPM06 (1.4 kb) was used to identify 15 new resistant lines from F 3 lines of Fengyinzhan 1 / Daqiuqi in 1999. In 2000-2001, 21 and 7 resistant lines were selected from F 4 and F 6 lines of KWQZ/Gui99 (restoring line of hybrid rice) using RG476/Alu I. The Gm6 gene was transferred into the restored line of hybrid rice. In 2001-2002, the RG214/Hha I and G214/Sca I markers were used for selecting the 11 and 5 resistant lines from F 3 lines of KWQZ/IR56 and Aixiaozhan/KWQZ.
