云南水稻潜根线虫种类及生态分布研究

摘    要: 调查鉴定了云南省水稻上的10种潜根线虫,分别是贝氏潜根线虫(Hirschmanniellabelli)、刻尾潜根线虫(H.caudacrena)、分离潜根线虫(H.diversa)、纤细潜根线虫(H.gracilis)、伊玛姆潜根线虫(H.imamuri)、墨西哥潜根线虫(H.mexicana)、小结潜根线虫(H.microtyla)、尖细潜根线虫(H.mucronata)、水稻潜根线虫(H.oryzae)、刺尾潜根线虫(H.spinicaudata),其中7个种是水稻的重要病原线虫。优势种为H.oryza

Abstract:Rice root nematodes, Hirschmanniella spp. parasitize in roots of rice and water plant, and their distributionis wide and they are very harmful. Ten species of the genus Hirschmanniella Luc et Goody, 1964 (Nemata: Pratylenchidae)parasitizing in the root of rice from Yunnan Province are reported. They are H. belli, H. caudacrena, H. diversa, H. gracilis,H. imamuri, H. mexicana, H. microtyla, H. mucronata, H. oryzae and H. spinicaudata, including seven species of genusHirschmanniella which are important pathogenic nematodes for paddy. Dominant species are H. oryzae and H. imamari.Popularly, the trend of species combination mode is H. oryzae and H. imamuri, which is familiar combination mode in theworld, but the species combination mode is different due to the difference of altitude and latitude. Their distributioncorrelates with altitude and latitude closely, and also correlates with the type of paddy crops, such as indica or japonica rice
