摘    要: 偏低温 (亚适温 )、临界低温、弱光以及偏低温弱光、临界低温弱光胁迫对黄瓜苗期叶绿素含量、叶面积变化及光合性状影响的研究结果表明 ,弱光降低了黄瓜对低温的敏感性 ,增加了叶绿素含量和叶面积 ,使叶绿素荧光量子产额上升 ,但弱光下光合速率下降。在偏低温条件下 ,光照强度对黄瓜的生长起主导作用。在临界低温条件下 ,低温对黄瓜的生长起主导作用。不同黄瓜品种对单一低温和单一弱光的反应存在差异 ,同一品种对低温和弱光的耐受性是不完全协同的

Abstract:The changes of chlorophyll contents, leaf area and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings were studied under the stresses of lower temperature, critical low temperature and poor light as well as the combination of poor light and both lower temperature. Result indicated that poor light reduced the sensitivity of cucumber to low temperature and increased the chlorophyll content and leaf area and raised chlorophyll fluorescence quantum yield. The photosynthetic rate reduced under poor light. The intensity of light played a leading role to the growth of cucumber under the lower temperature condition. The low temperature played a leading role to the growth of cucumber under the critical low temperature condition. There were differences in the reaction to the light and temperature between different cucumber varieties. The tolerance to low temperature and poor light were incompletely coordinated for the same cucumber variety.
