玉米杂种与其亲本根系活力及三磷酸腺苷酶、核糖核酸酶活性的比较研究

摘    要: 玉米伤流量及伤流液中离子浓度均是夜间大于白天。杂种植株伤流量明显多于双亲,伤流液中的离子浓度均低于亲本,而杂种每株伤流液中钾的绝对含量却高于亲本。试验结果还表明,杂种伤流液中钾的含量和与双亲相比钾的平均优势与籽粒产量间呈正相关关系。杂种幼苗根系的水势低于亲本。杂种幼苗根端细胞三磷酸腺苷酶(ATP酶)活性大于双亲或介于双亲之间。而核糖核酸(RNA酶)活性介于或大于双亲。由此说明:杂种植株根系发达,根系吸收水分和矿质元素的能力较强,且杂种根系吸收水分能力的增强要大于吸收矿质元素能力的增加。

Abstract:Maize bleeding sap and ion concentration in it are all greater on the day than those at night.Bleeding sap in a hybrid plant is obviously more than that in its parents,and ion concentration in bleeding sap of a hybrid plant is all less than that of its parents. But potassium absolute contents in bleeding sap of each hybrid plant are greater than that of its parents. The result obtained shows that potassium content in bleeding sap of a hybrid plant compared With that of its parents there is positive correlation of potassium average advantage with grain yeilds. Water potential in root system of a hybrid seedling is less than that of its parents, ATPase activities in the root top cells of hybrid seedling are greater than or between those of its parents,but RNAase activities are between or greater than those of its parents.Thus it can be seen that the root system of a hybrid plant is well-developed, its ability of root system to absorb water and mineral elements is greater,what is more, the ability to absorb water is greater than that to absorb mineral elements.
