| 摘 要： | 本文概述了苏云金芽孢杆菌的分类，杀虫蛋白的特性，杀虫蛋白与基因型之间的关系，Bt杀虫蛋白基因在植物抗虫基因工程中的应用；讨论了它在植物Bt抗虫基因工程研究中存在的问题及其解决的途径，并提出了今后可能发展的方向。

| Abstract: | The classification of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), the characteristic of crystal proteins,the relation between the crystal proteins and gene types, the application of Bt crystal protein genes in engineering of insect-resistant plant, the problems and finding a way out of the problem,and the future development in engineering of insect-resistant plant with Bt crystal protein genes are discussed in this paper. |
