加速老化法测定谷子种子活力的研究

摘    要: 采用活力水平不同的谷子种子,按照国际种子检验标准进行了加速老化法测定种子活力的研究。结果表明:加速老化法能反映种子在活力水平上的差异;谷子种子加速老化处理的最佳温度是41℃,最适时间是48h;加速老化后的发芽率与田间出苗率二者呈极显著正相关;用老化后的发芽率为变数,按回归方程y=2.1685+0.9359x可直接预测田间出苗率。本文还对谷子种子活力测定的不同方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:The method of seed vigor testing by accelerated aging ( AA) was studied with 14 different varieties of foxtail millet (Setaria italica). The results showed that AA test was a good way to measure the vigor difference of foxtail millet seeds. The suitable temperature of AA treatment for foxtail millet was 41 and the time was 48h. AA treatment and rates of seedling after sowing in the field was significant at 0.01 level of probability. The rates of seedling in the field can be forecasted by calculation with equation y = 2.1685 0.9359 x. Different ways of vigor testing on foxtail millet seeds were also discussed in this paper.
