摘    要: 本文用染色体图象分析系统对大麦N带染色体进行分析,同时用传统的人工方法分析,并将二者进行比较。结果表明:染色体图象分析系统可以消除在显微摄影、照像、测量等过程中造成的误差,还可以消除不同研究者之间人工判断的差异,能够更客观、准确、迅速地得到染色体带型模式图,这些都是人工方法所不及的。染色体图象分析系统还将在植物染色体高分辨显带染色体的分析中起重要作用。

Abstract:N-banded barley chromosomes were analyzed by both chromosome image analyzing system (CHIAS) and traditional method. CHIAS is a computer system especially for plant chromosomes. Traditional method analyzed banded chromosome photographs by measuring banded regions manually and this method produced bias in procedures of taking pictures and measuring. CHIAS can automatically remove noise from original image and reduce bias which cannnot be avoided in traditional method. Moreover, CHIAS can get chromosome banding ideograph more reliably , accurately and rapidly than traditional method. CHIAS will play a important role in analysis of high resolution banded chromosomes.
