肥水调控对强筋小麦中优9507品质与产量协同提高的研究

摘    要: 通过灌水和氮、磷、钾肥料的不同处理对优质小麦籽粒产量、蛋白质组分和加工品质的调控效应进行研究。结果表明,水、氮合理配合有显著的增产作用。不同蛋白质组分对水肥的反应有一定差异,清蛋白对灌水处理反应敏感,对肥料处理反应迟钝;球蛋白对灌水和氮、磷处理反应敏感,对钾处理反应迟钝;醇溶蛋白对水和氮处理反应敏感;谷蛋白随施氮量增加而提高。增施氮肥可提高吸水率,减少灌水次数可显著提高沉降值,增施氮肥使湿面筋含量显著提高,形成时间和稳定时间随灌水次数减少而增加。试验中以全生育期灌2次水,配合高氮、磷、钾处理的产量和品质均表

Abstract:A study was conducted to analyze the effect of different treatments of watering and N, P, K fertilization onthe protein components and processing quality of high quality wheat kernel. The results showed that efficient combinationof water and nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased the grain yield of wheat. The effect of water and fertilizer on thecomponents of protein is different: Albumin is sensitive to water treatment, but not sensitive to fertilizer treatments.Globulin is sensitive to water and N,P fertilizer treatments, but not sensitive to potassium fertilizer treatments. Gliadin issensitive to water and N fertilizer treatment. Glutelin content increased with the increase of N fertilizer. With the increase ofN fertilizer, the water absorbing rate and the content of wet gluten increased. With the decrease of irrigating times, thesedimentation, the dough development time and stability time significantly increased. Efficient combination of water andfertilizer are positive to grain yield and quality. In this experiment the grain yield and quality are high in the treatment of two-time irrigation and high N, P, K fertilizer.
