我国水稻白叶枯病抗性遗传的评价和利用

摘    要: 70年代以来我国水稻对白叶枯病抗性遗传的评价和利用取得相当进展,评价了大量包括地方品种、野生稻和国外引进的种质对水稻白叶枯病的抗性,鉴定了许多抗源。其中有些具有基因Xa-3和Xa-4的抗源广泛地用作杂交计划中的供体,选育出一批优良的品种(系),进行了成株抗性和全生育期抗性的评价,同时,广泛地进行了白叶枯病抗性遗传的研究,包括不同抗性类型的品种、亚种间杂交后代和杂交稻育种后代的抗性遗传行为。并就系统研究抗性基因,培育包括1-2个有利基因的改良抗源等方面提出建议。

Abstract:Since 70's, genetic evaluation and utilization of resistance to rice bacterial blight has made advances in China. Numerous germplasms including local varieties, wild rice and exotic rice sources have been evaluated for resistance to bacterial blight. Many materials have been identified and confirmed as resistance sources. Some of them with gene(s) Xa-3 and Xa-4 are used as resistance donors to bacterial blight in hybridization programs widely. Some elite breeding lines or varieties are released. Varieties have been evaluated for adult plant resistasnce and overall resistance. Genetic analysis of bacterial blight resistance in rice with different types of resistance, progenies between subspecies hybridization and hybrid rice have been studied widely. Studies on systematic identification of resistance gene(s) and developing sources of resistance involving more than one or two genes of desired traits are proposed.
